If you (Client) continue to browse and use this website or our Services, you are agreeing to comply with, and be bound by, the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern Workplace Technologies (Company) relationship with Client in relation to this website and our Services.

Service

Company provides Client with the ability to efficiently and effectively retrieve public property tax data from a collector's website. Company does not generate, manipulate, or modify the data in any way. All information delivered by Company is extracted directly from publicly available internet website(s).

Performance

Company will use reasonable efforts to provide the Service described above, and will exercise periodic audits of the Service to insure accuracy, efficiency, and availability. Client understands and accepts that while the data being delivered by the Service is deemed reliable, its accuracy and completeness is not guaranteed.

Client acknowledges and agrees that Company obtains the data from third parties, and cannot control the accuracy or completeness of the information. Furthermore, Client acknowledges and agrees that Company shall not be responsible for any consequential or other damages arising out of the use of the Services. Company does not warrant that the Services will be timely or error free. Company makes no warranty or representation of any kind; and any warranty, express or implied, is excluded and disclaimed, including the implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose.

Grant of License & Ownership

Client does not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our data or products. Subject to Client's payment of the fees associated with the Services, and subject to Client's compliance with the terms and conditions of the Service Agreement, Company grants Client during the term of this Agreement a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable (by merger, sale, change of control, operation of law or otherwise) license to:

• Access certain Company Licensed Information via the Site.
• Use the Licensed Information solely for your lawful internal business purposes within the scope of your professional activities. The scope of this license is limited to your internal business purposes only and does not include or permit any form of external commercial exploitation whatsoever.

Client acknowledges that Company (and/or Company's third party data providers) shall retain all right, title, and interest in and to the data and information provided by the Company Services under applicable contractual, copyright, and related laws, and Client shall use such materials consistent with Company's interests and notify Company of any threatened or actual infringement of Company's rights. Customer further acknowledges and agrees that it shall acquire no right, title or interest under applicable copyright and other laws in the databases and materials provided or accessed under this agreement.

Unauthorized Use

Client agrees not to reproduce, retransmit, republish, or otherwise transfer for any commercial or other purpose any information that Client receives from Company's Services except in the ordinary and customary course of Client's regular business. Client may not create a link to this website from another website or document without Company's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of this website and/or Company's Services may give cause to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
